In this role, you will manage the day-to-day executive needs of the Principal, while helping elevate and market the RBD brand through impactful marketing initiatives. You bring exceptional verbal & written communication skills alongside a genuine passion for design, with experience in marketing or PR. RBD is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented Studio Assistant to help keep our studio running efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a highly competent self-starter, as well as possess strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail. This role supports our bookkeeper with billing and financial tasks while keeping the studio running smoothly — helping our design teams focus on delivering exceptional work for our clients. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-centric environment, along with a desire to be part of an energetic, collaborative team is required.
RBD is seeking a Designer to support a Senior Designer, Design Director, and Principal on all aspects of the design process, from Initial Design Study through to Installation & Styling. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design, hospitality interior design, or interior architecture, with strong design presentation, communication, and drafting skills. Candidate will have a passion for and experience in FF&E and FF&A sourcing combined with technical acumen and strong drafting skills. A love of collaborative teamwork in a fast paced environment, and a team player mentality– no task is too big or too small – is a must.
